If you are unable to take the above steps, or the issue persists and your browser and security settings are maintained by your administrator, please be sure to follow-up with your internal administrator/IT team first to rule-out an internal or localized issue, or browser restrictions that may be causing the issue you are encountering.
If this is ruled out, be sure to document the specific actions that you are performing, and the outcome you are experiencing. If you are logged into the website, be sure to also note which web server you are connected to, which can be found at the bottom left corner of the screen once logged in.
