A cleanup tool for InQuiry Printing Agent has been published on the eScription One software URL.
This tool will remove old versions of the InQuiry Printing Agent software. It is a good idea to run the tool before installing new versions of InQuiry Printing Agent.
If you are having problems printing you can also run the tool. It will remove the old versions and ensure you have a clean slate before reinstalling the application.
To use the tool download from the Software URL. Click on the downloaded file to run. Click Run in the Open File -Security Warning box.
A command window will open. Press Enter to continue.
If you get a message from USER Access Control, allow the process to run. A new window will pop up while the cleanup process runs.
Once prompted, press ESC to exit.
You may now reinstall InQuiry Printing Agent. The guide provides installation instructions and is available at the link below.
