Clients are responsible for monitoring their own fax queues within InQuiry. There are two options available under the Faxes tab:

Manage Faxes  
The Manage Faxes tab resembles the Search All screen but features optimized search fields for locating faxes and recipients. Please note that, by default, users do not have access to the Manage Faxes or Pending Faxes tabs.

To access Manage Faxes, navigate via the left menu: Search All > Faxes or Faxes > Manage Faxes.

When the Manage Faxes page loads, an Advanced Search parameters window will appear. No data will be displayed until a search is initiated. If the Advanced Search window is closed without submitting a search, the page will remain empty. To perform a search, click on Advanced Search, enter your criteria, and submit.

Facsimiles Management  
Various actions are available for managing facsimiles. Actions can be performed on individual fax jobs or on multiple selected jobs.

To act on a single fax, click the appropriate option in the Actions column for that fax. To manage multiple faxes simultaneously, select the desired jobs using the checkboxes and choose an action from the Bulk Actions menu located above the grid.

Searching and filtering within the Faxes tabs closely mirror the Search All - Basic Search functionality, with differences in the criteria fields available in the Advanced Search window.

Before resending a failed fax, clients should verify the line status by dialing the number directly. If the line answers with anything other than a fax tone such as a live voice, answering machine, or recorded message; the fax number needs to be confirmed. Clients may also send a test fax using a standard fax machine to verify line functionality. If a standard fax machine successfully transmits to that number but the system cannot, please contact support for further assistance.

Pending Faxes  
The Pending Faxes page allows users to locate transcriptions which are currently queued for faxing. To access, navigate via the left menu: Search All > Faxes, then select the Pending Faxes tab at the top of the page, or go directly through Faxes > Pending Faxes.

Similar to Manage Faxes, upon loading the Pending Faxes page, the Advanced Search parameters window will appear. Data will only be displayed after a search is submitted. If the window is closed without submitting, the page will be empty. Enter your search criteria and submit to view results.

Pending Facsimiles Management  
These actions are available for transcriptions with pending faxes, accessible from the Actions column. The default action is View Transcription Info. Expand the actions menu for additional options:
