To add an Associate via InQuiry, log into InQuiry and navigate to the Settings menu at the top right corner, and select Client Maintenance
This will open a new browser tab. Here, you will select Maintenance > Associates.
Note that the options available in this dropdown will depend on your access.
From the Associates screen, click Add New Associate
A window will open with various information that you can enter for the new associate. Fill in the information for the associate and be sure to select the appropriate Method of Delivery.
If your site uses auto-fax, and the associate should receive auto-faxed reports, be sure to change the Method of Delivery from Mail to AutoFax, and enter a valid fax number in the Associate Information section
Click ok to add the associate to the database.
