Doctype Short Name/Code Displayed Instead of Full Name

If you see the Doctype ShortName/Code displayed instead of the DocType Full Name, try these steps:

1. Log into InScribe
2. Go to File→ Options→ Editing
3. Enable 'List Document Types by Description'
4. Click OK
