How to Add a Patient Address Within InScribe

 

                                                                              Here are the steps on how to add a Patients Address within InScribe.

1.        Log into InScribe

2.        You can select the Shortcut keys of ALT+CTRL+E or select the Edit Patient Information as seen in the screen shot below.

3.        It will load the Patient Information Screen

4.        If you are using InScribe 6 your screen would look like this.

5.        It will load  the Patient Information Screen

  • Please note that you will need to have Print Template set this up to show within InScribe*
