This article explains where to find the adjustment for the rewind increment after pausing audio playback.  It is termed: "Rewind After Pause."

1:  Log into InScribe.

2:  Open the 'File' then 'Options' menu.

3:  Select the 'Playback' menu option.

4:  In 'Time Adjustments' section enter the desired increment that InScribe should automatically rewind whenever the dictation playback is paused.  This number must be a non-negative integer.
