If an InScribe user is experiencing performance issues or seeing error messages, they can submit logs to eSOne Support through InScribe. These logs can be extremely helpful in finding out the root cause of the problem. This process will automatically generate a case with eSOne support. However, please note that it is recommended that you contact support directly as well. You can reach us by phone at 800-858-0080 or by email at esone.support@deliverhealth.com.
Log into InScribe, and click on the down arrow next to the info icon in the top right corner, then click About
In the About InScribe window that appears, click the link at the bottom that says click here
Fill in the three fields that appear in the Submit Ticket screen. If you have not yet contacted support, be sure to provide an accurate email and phone to contact you, and also a description of the issue that occurred. Note that some of this information may be pre-populated for you.
