If the PACS initiated dictation continuously asks for login credentials, there is an InSync setting to accommodate PACS initiated dictations where the user is not specified in the dictation request.

1:  Open InSync, and log in with a valid user ID.

2:  Select the Options tab.

3:  Select PACS on the left side.

4:  Activate the option "Use InSync user for undefined PACS messages."

5:  Save Changes
