Watermark Appears When I Print A Transcription
This is controlled by settings in InCommand/Client Maintenance where you can give certain users the right to print originals with or without the watermark. This can be found under the users section in client maintenance. Select the user, select edit, on the right hand side select "InQuiry User Access Rights" and you will see an option to put a check in the box for "Can Print Originals". Remember to select save after making the change. This type of change is normally done by the transcription company, or an administrator at the facility who has access to maintenance.
