This article will discuss a solution when you are notified that you have feedback, but when you attempt to view them, it shows you have no feedback.
You may be notified you have feedback from your manager or when checking your QA Feedback
But, when you go to your feedback, you might see a message stating: You have no pending Feedback items that match the current filters.
New QA Feedback normally looks like the following >
This happens because there is a filter added to one of the columns that you do not see or are not aware of. Sometimes it is difficult to see where this has happened because it could just be a space added to one of them.
Please use the Clear Filters button in the upper right of the QA Feedback window to resolve the problem:
After clearing the filter using the icon above, refresh the results using the green arrows icon or close the QA Feedback Window using the X icon and relaunching QA Feedback
