InQuiry Does Not Allow Log In Even After Running The Components

This article will discuss a necessary procedure to log-in to InQuiry on computers where the Deliver Health Components do not have permissions to run automatically.

This issue occurs when you arrive at the log-in page and the username, password, and client fields are disabled but running the Deliver Health Components does not unlock them.

Users of WEBROOT SECURE ANYWHERE software solutions, or variations on Webroot's security software should contact their internal IT department to make an exception for the Add-ons to run.

Otherwise, open the "Manage Add-ons" windows of Internet Explorer 11



Then Click to enable the Deliver Health Communications Add-ons.
