Follow the below steps to remove a job from the "In Search All" or Workflow folder views in InQuiry.
1. Access Inquiry website
www.escription-one.com/Inquiry (US)
www.escription-one.ca/Inquiry (Canada)
--Enter username
--Enter password
--Enter assigned client code
2. Locate report by checking workflow folders or conducting a search.
3. Once report has been located, complete the steps below to Invalidate:
--Under the ‘Actions’ column, click on the dropdown menu
--Select ‘View Info’
4. Once the 'View Info' screen appears for the report:
--Across from the ‘Change To’ field, select ‘Invalidate’ from dropdown menu:
5. Click ‘Save’ (upper right-hand corner) to save changes and invalidate report:
*** If you do not see the 'Invalidated' option within the dropdown menu, then you may not have access to invalidate transcriptions. Please contact your HIM Administrator for assistance.
