If you ever have an issue to where InQuiry will have a pop up screen that is a small screen and it does not show the "Ok" or the "Yes" or "No" buttons because they are on the outside of the window to where you cannot see them. This is due to the DPI setting in MS Windows. DPI = Dots Per Inch and it is a setting that you can get to by right clicking anywhere on your desktop (Other than an Icon) and select "Properties". Then select the SETTINGS tab at the top and there is an ADVANCED button that will bring up this screen:

To see the proper buttons in the window please make sure that you are set to 96 DPI (Normal) anything else will affect our software negatively.
