This article explains how to enable or disable a document type for ShadowScribe ASR.

 
Enable Document Type

To enable the document type, you need to assign or map a Deliver Health Document Type to the Emdat Document Type.
The Deliver Health Document Type links the Emdat Document type to a particular speech model, which is used to produce drafts.

Go to Client Maintenance > Document Types> Edit the document type and expand the Document Type Information section.

Select the Deliver Health Document Type from the drop down.

And click Save.

You have now successfully enabled the document type for the speech engine.  Keep in mind, document types will only
go to the speech engine if the user dictating is enabled for the system. To enable the user see Enabling or Disabling a User for ASR

 Disable Document Type

To disable the document type, select the Deliver Health Document Type drop down and set that to blank and click Save.
This will prevent the document type from going to ASR for all users.

You have now successfully disabled the document from going to ASR.
