Warning: When submitting a print template request (See How To Submit A Print Template Request), please let the print template team know if you have changed the format in Client Maintenance -> Client Defaults -> Non-Workflow Settings -> Patient Name Format so that the team can set the proper format to match the request on the template based on what will actually be written. We will be checking this location for the setting if it not mentioned which will also determine on how a name actually gets parsed.
