This article will explain how to convert DESS (Dictaphone) shortcuts into Emdat InScribe AutoText
- Save the Ex Text as a CSV (comma separated value) file: There is a feature within the Ex Editor application to save your esp file with another file extension so you could do file>save as>esp.csv
- Download the CSV to InScribe AutoText Converter: https://www.emdat.com/software/additional.asp
- Run the Converter application and select the file from step 1.
