To configure ShadowLink for access to the internet through a proxy server, you will need to run the ShadowLink Management Console as an Administrator. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\ShadowLink , then right click on ShadowLink.Management.Console.exe and pick Run as Administrator.
When the ShadowLink Management Console opens, click on Advanced. Check the box for Use a proxy server to connect to the ShadowLink web service.
Fill in the fully qualified domain username and the password then click OK. Under ShadowLink service, click Stop.
Click Start to start the service with the new proxy settings.
The ShadowLink service should now be able to communicate through the proxy to the ShadowLink service running in the eSOne cloud.
