Cannot Login To InQuiry - Unable To Install The Runtime Components

Inquiry requires the eScription-One Runtime Component to be installed to login and use InQuiry and InCommand with Internet Explorer. A paragraph below the login fields prompts to install the components when they are missing. After successful installation the prompt should clear and activate the login fields. If the prompt remains after installation, then installation was unsuccessful, or something is preventing the addon from functioning properly. This is normally caused by not having read/write access to the eScription-One folder on the PC you are trying to install it on. Please also note that Internet Explorer 11 is the only supported version of the browser.

It may be possible to bypass the access restrictions in Windows by installing the components as an administrator. To do this, download the .EXE file from  to your desktop by clicking on the "Click Here" link and selecting the "Save" option. Once the download is complete, right-click on the newly created file and select "Run as Administrator" from the menu. Typically, you will need to click "Allow," "Continue,"  or enter your Domain account information if the User Account Control window comes up. After the installation the prompt should disappear and the log in fields should be accessible.

If running the installation as an Administrator does not allow you to log in as normal, please contact your IT department and confirm you have read/write permission to the eScription-One folder on the PC you are using.
