- Log into InQuiry and navigate to Faxes: Manage Faxes.
- Search for faxes with the Status Failed and Error Description On Client Do Not Call:
- These faxes will have the below icon under the Actions column; click this icon to remove the number from the Client Do Not Call list.
Note: Once the fax number number is removed from Client Do Not Call, this icon will no longer appear under Actions for the affected fax jobs.
To re-send failed faxes, check the box next to the Failed fax and click the “Refax Selected Faxes” button located on the right side of the page.
