This article describes a specific situation where there is a problem printing TIDs on specific PCs. The header or footer information was being cut off on print preview and print outs. The problem might occur on one PC but not another.

It has been found that when a client has SKYPE there is a plug-in that allows a user to click on a phone number to automatically dial it. A side effect of this is that SKYPE also reformats the numbers so that they are larger font size and blue. (Easy to see and click) This can cause unintended consequences in the print template (especially when that extra size could cause info to be truncated or pushed off the page).

The solution is to turn off the toolbar / plug-in for Skype.
