The Client Code is a unique identifier assigned to each client, also sometimes known as the client's "short name".

As many Nuance clients have very similar names, we require that you provide us with a Client Code to identify the client on Ticket submissions.

The client Code can be found in a number of places.

InSync

The third field when logging into InSync.

InScribe

In InScribe 6, under the Client column.

In InScribe 4, under the Transcription Pool list.

InCommand

On the Client Maintenance tab of InCommand.

InQuiry

On the third field when you log into InQuiry.
