This article will define the "Roles" category found on the InQuiry InVision report "User Listing".  It will also tell you where in InCommand, under the User Settings, that these roles can be enabled or disabled.

 

 

FNL - Access to the Final Folder.

          Client Maintenance > User Maintenance > Edit User > Folder Access > Final Folder
          Note: This folder name may be customized.

 

REV - Access to the Review Folder.

          Client Maintenance > User Maintenance > Edit User > Folder Access > Review 1
          Note: This folder name may be customized.

 

ADM - Access to Maintenance-Client Maintenance.

           Client Maintenance > User Maintenance > Edit User > Maintenance Access

 

EDS - Unrestricted Edit After Authentication.

           Client Maintenance > User Maintenance > Edit User > Access Rights

 

VAL - Able to Override Document Security Group Restrictions.

           Client Maintenance > User Maintenance > Edit User > Access Rights
