This article will discuss how to reset a user's InCommand password.

1.  You can find the user settings for the user under the Maintenance Tab > Transcriptionist Tab

2.  Find the user (you can use the “Find Transcriptionistâ€� Sub-menu if needed) and edit.

3.  Verify that the user name matches the one give by the user.

4.  Reset password by inserting the Transcription Companies' Default password or by "generate temporary password" option.

5.  To reset the password to the Transcription Companies' Default password, go under Maintenance > Defaults > Password Options

6.  To "generate temporary password", click on the "generate temporary password", the temporary password will appear.  Click on SAVE
