A dictation came to my queue but did not load in the structured editor.

To get the editor to appear in structured mode both the document type AND user must have their preferred transcription format set to structured. This article will explain some common reasons why the structured editor did not load.

The document type preferred transcription format was not set to structured.

InCommand > Client Maintenance > Document Types > Edit Document Type > Document Type Information > Preferred Transcription Format.

Set this to structured

The User's preferred transcription format was not set to structured.

InCommand > Client Maintenance > User Maintenance > Edit User > Dictating Clinician Options > Preferred Transcription Format.

Set the format to "Structured"
