Solution: Re-run Runtime Components

Exit InScribe, and re-run the runtime components for InScribe by downloading and running the following file:

https://www.escription-one.com/Software/Runtime?fileName=RuntimeComponents.exe

After you receive the message confirming that the runtime components have been successfully installed, please log back into InScribe and try previewing the transcription in your queue or viewing a prior transcription again.
