Logon Failure error

Users may experience an error with the service throwing an error stating there is a Logon Failure.  The details of the logon failure may be one of the following or another specific type of logon failure:

 

  • Logon Failure: The target account name is incorrect.
  • Logon failure: the specified account password has expired.
  • Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
